The fee for the bail bond will be 10% of the face amount of the bond for all bonds $ 1,000.00 or above. All bonds that are less than $ 1,000.00 require a minimum bond fee of $ 100.00
If the person is in a jail that we do not travel to there may be a $ 100.00 transfer fee required to have an agent post the bond for us.
Depending on the bond amount, the seriousness of the charges, where the defendant lives and works and other information will determine as to whether or not collateral will be required.
